High Capacity PET Strap Plastic Strapping Extruder Production Line Making Machine

This production line is used to product the pet packing band, pet packing strap; adopt the plc control the whole line do the automatic production, it use the melting pump and pressure sensor ensure the production stable and strap quality control the raw material you can use is 100% recycled pet flakes from the waste pet bottles, or virgin material or mixed with each other.

3. PLC manages automatically the extruder’s working parameters in according with the running condition;material treatment,extrusion,stretching,annealing and taking up units are all synced with the PLC.
4. All components are controlled and monitored through PLC.
5. PET or PP straps can be produced with the same technology,to change line set-up from one to the other only take in few minutes.
6. High-advanced ABA co-extrusion technology,not only improve strap’s tensile strength but also help the peel strength after welding.
7. Double column 4 positioned filter chambers,100% full automatic self-cleaning screen changer,working non-stop during screen changing,it ensures the straps quality is not affected throughout the production.

9. Choice of either servo or torque motor for winding machine.
