1.High speed. Max speed will be 6 meters per minute, which is same as Italy same machine. But our price is only 1/20 of Italy machine.

2.Easy operation. Machine control by PLC. All the procedure can be achieved by inputting a program. Even for common worker, they can operate this machine easily.

3.Servo motor cutting. Cylinder control cutting needs 0.2 second for a knife working stroke. But servo motor only takes 0.02 second. Servo motor drive can cut the hose section very smoothly and tidily. We covered the cutting units to meet the CE standard. When the line's speed exceeds 4 meters per minute, common drive cutter can not match the hose spiral speed, so servo motor cutting is a must.

4.Stable working. The main shaft utilizes premium quality steel to ensure a stable working efficiency. We choose Schneider PLC & MUlTEQ servo drive motor to make sure the working line is not easy to fail.
