Our company newly developed 2 or 3 layers ( even 5 layers ) spiral mould for pipe extrusion, co-extrusion layer with uniform wall thickness. The inner layer and outer layer adopts the materials with resistance, flame retardant, antistatic; The core layer using common HDPE. It could greatly reduce the material cost.
Mould and auxiliaries: the mould is adopted with the latest design of basket head and compound head. It has convenient adjustment. It adopts unique slitting process and cooling water ring system to ensure the forming precision of the tube.
It Adopts advanced PLC control system composed of large screen LCD color display, alarm system, It has complete good human-machine interface, the operation is very convenient.
