This extrusion line can produce 32 to 50mm pipe,and this pipe more strength and pressure resistance than PP PE PVC corrugated pipe.and this machine adopting two single screw extruders for processing PE/EVA adhesive material. One extruder makes hose profile , and the other extruder use to extruder adhesive. There is a forming wheel (mould) form the hose profile and the adhesive into the hose, and the hose moving forward synchronously.
