1.The materials loader includes automatic metering and feeding system. It will do loading when the materials is empty, and stop working after materials is full.
2.The conicial twin screw extruder is special designed for SPVC, the heating parts adopt Aluminum heating with much longer service time than ceramics heating.
3.The die is designed and made by our cooperation moulds factory, high precision for temperature control and thickness. We could do 0.3mm thickness for 2meters width.
4. The calender roller adopt high quality Cr coating and 450mm diameter materials. Good precision and easy operation.
5. We adopts Delta/ABB/Siemens/Omron/CHNT famous brand for electric control system.
