The forming die by gear and orbit, mould replacement convenient 15 minutes to complete.
Can accommodate two size of the aperture ona pair of mold design, can save the mould cost, reduce the time of the mould replacement, improve work efficiency.
Single wall corrugated pipe production flow:
Automatic loader→Single screw extruder→Die→Forming moulds→Haul off and cutter (optional)→Double working-station winder.
